Daily Prayer of Gratitude to God
O Lord, my God, I give thanks today for you. Not just for what you’ve done, but who you are. For you are faithful and your love endures forever. You created the heavens and the earth, yet you know and love me personally, counting each hair on my head. You are my shepherd, showing me the way and rescuing me I go astray. You are my shelter in the storm, my stronghold in the battle. You are my provision and my salvation. I worship you with gladness, giving thanks to you with a joyful heart. May I ever sing your praises to all who will hear, for you, O Lord, are so good to me. Amen.

Make a joyful noise to the Lord, all the earth.
Worship the Lord with gladness;
come into his presence with singing.
Know that the Lord is God.
It is he that made us, and we are his;
we are his people, and the sheep of his pasture.
Enter his gates with thanksgiving,
and his courts with praise.
