A daily prayer for peace. Pray for more of God’s peace which passes all understanding to permeate this world. Pray for peace in our hearts and peace in the world.
Prayer for Peace
Almighty Father, I pray today for peace on this earth. Lord, fill my heart and mind with your peace which exceeds all understanding. For this world can be anything but peaceful, but you can bring peace to my heart. Spread your peace through this land, leading people to know your love. For when we treat one another with love as you have taught, peace will follow. May more of this world come to know your love and live in your peace. Amen.

Almighty God, kindle, we pray, in every heart the true love of peace, and guide with your wisdom those who take counsel for the nations of the earth, that in tranquility your dominion may increase until the earth is filled with the knowledge of your love; through Jesus Christ our Lord, who lives and reigns with you, in the unity of the Holy Spirit, one God, now and for ever. Amen.
