For each lesson, you will watch a video hosted on the course website. Then you can complete the reflection and prayer response from the instructions on the course website, use your digital (PDF) version of the workbook on your device, or take notes in your printed workbook (if you upgraded to that option).
The workbook alone will not contain all the content - only notes from the videos. You will want to watch the videos for the full course content.
