Healing Prayer for the Sick
Heavenly Father, the Great Physician and Healer, I cry out to you in my sickness. I need your healing touch, O Lord. Have mercy upon me and rescue me from this illness and pain. For you are all-powerful and can heal anything. Though I walk through this lowest valley, I give thanks, O Lord, for your unfailing love and I worship you with joy, singing of your mighty power. For you are good and loving, merciful and compassionate, faithful and true. I will love you through the good times and the bad for I know you are by my side through it all. Amen.

19 Then they cried to the Lord in their trouble,
and he saved them from their distress.
20 He sent out his word and healed them;
he rescued them from the grave.
21 Let them give thanks to the Lord for his unfailing love
and his wonderful deeds for mankind.
22 Let them sacrifice thank offerings
and tell of his works with songs of joy.
