Prayer resolutionsOver half of us will make New Year’s resolutions each year, yet less than 10% will actually achieve those goals. In fact, most of us will give up on those resolutions within the first month. Why are we so pitiful at following through on our resolutions?

Do you desire a deeper prayer life this year? Want to become more consistent? Find greater connection with God? Make prayer a more vital, active part of your life?

If you answered “yes” to any of these questions, follow me to my friend Kristine’s blog, More Than Yourself, where I’m guest posting today for 5 tips to make those prayer resolutions stick – for good this time! This post is part of her “For Real This Time: a series of hope for good intentions,” a series focused on how to keep stepping forward and making positive changes in our lives – and stick to them, for real this time!
